AJM-1::GFP brightness is rather dim in these movies. Use the B&C tool of GLOWormJ to enhance during viewing.
At least one other movie will be posted with AJM-1::GFP contrast shown in isolation, and with contrast pre-enhanced.
Both arrays are integrated in genome. Hanging embryo mount (random DV/LR orientation).
This collection features unenhanced (0-4Jag) and pre-enhanced (O-4Jbm) renderings of the same 5 embryos.
