Movies are made from hanging embryo mounts (random orientation for each embryo).
Both recorded embryos fail to develop fully through morphogenesis.
Expression begins ~3 cell cycles before the onset of morphogenesis. Expression fading away from peak by the time embryonic movement occurs.
Nice examples of migration/separation of cells from tight clusters seen in both recordings.
