Movies made with hanging-embryo mounts (random DV/RL orientation for each embryo).
Integrated transgene array.
Both movies show intestine/E-lineage expression beginning at the 4-E-cell stage.
Later and dimmer expression also in the hypodormis/epidermis, especially an increase in seam cells at the time of movement.
